Employment Categories:
Denmark State Bank uses the following employment categories:
- Full-Time: Those employees who work at least 36 hours per week or more on average.
- Part-Time: Those employees who work at least 20 hours per week up to 35 hours per week on average.
- Flex: Those employees that work less than 20 hours per week on average.
- Temp: Those employees that are hired for a limited duration or for a specific assignment.
