UPDATE  JUNE 22, 2020

LOBBIES REOPEN WITH REDUCED HOURS. 

On Monday, June 22, 2020, we will reopen our lobbies with reduced hours, and we are taking extra care to keep everyone as safe as possible. After all, our ability to serve you is dependent on protecting the health and safety of our employees. While our lobbies are reopening, if you have routine transactions please consider using our drive-thru, ATMs and online and mobile banking.

LOBBY HOURS
Monday – Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

SHEBOYGAN ONLY
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

When a visit to our lobby is necessary, it remains critically important that if you have a fever, are not feeling well or have been in contact with someone who is ill, please do not use the lobby for your banking transactions.

What to expect starting Monday, June 22, 2020 for your in-branch visit:

  • Floor markers are in place to serve as a guide while you are waiting
  • Clear plastic shields are in place at each teller window
  • Face coverings are required in our lobbies. A limited supply will be available if you do not have one. As you reach the teller line, you may be asked to briefly lower your covering for identification purposes. Our employees will also be wearing face coverings when in the presence of customers.
  • Hand sanitizer is available for you to use before approaching the teller line. And, we have increased our cleaning procedures on high-touch surfaces, including countertops, door handles and other common areas.
  • Please enter and exit through the marked doors.
  • If you need to meet with a banker, we encourage you to make an appointment to help reduce wait times. Appointments can be made by calling 920-863-2161.

WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR IN-BRANCH VISIT

Things will look a little different. You will be greeted outside our main entrance where you will receive instructions for your visit. You’ll notice plexiglass shields at the teller line to help prevent the spread of germs and social distancing decals on the floor.

You play an important role in maintaining the health and safety of our employees and your fellow customers. Please:

  • Do not visit our branches if you are not feeling well or have a fever.
  • Use hand sanitizer upon entering.
  • Face coverings are required in our branch lobbies.
  • Use the designated entry and exits at each location.
  • Follow social distancing rules.
  • If possible, do not bring additional guests or children with you.

UPDATE MARCH 19, 2020

In an effort to do our part to help reduce community spread of COVID-19, we are temporarily suspending our regular lobby hours starting Thursday, March 19, 2020 until further notice.

Lobby service is currently available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Drive-up service will remain open.

Please call 920-863-2161 to schedule an appointment. It remains critically important that if you are ill or have been in contact with someone who is ill, please for everyone’s health and safety, do not make an in-person appointment.
