Denmark State Bank Board of Directors
John P. “Jack” Olsen has served on the Board of Directors of Denmark Bancshares, Inc. (DBI) since 2006 and of Denmark Agricultural Credit Corporation (DACC) since 1985. Mr. Olsen also held the position of Executive Vice President of Denmark State Bank (DSB) from 2012-2016. He previously served as CEO of DBI from 2008-2014, President of DBI from 2006-2014, President of DSB from 2006-2009 and as Director of DSB from 2006-2011.
Michael L. Heim has served as a director of Denmark Bancshares, Inc. (DBI) since 2005 and as a director of Denmark State Bank (DSB) since 2006. Mr. Heim was the president of Heim Trucking Company, a refrigerated trucking company, from 1982 to 2017.
William F. Noel has served as a director of Denmark Bancshares, Inc. (DBI) since 2010 and as a director of Denmark State Bank (DSB) since 2009. Mr. Noel has been the Business Manager and Development Director of St. Philip the Apostle Parish in Green Bay, Wisconsin since 2013, and before that as Operations Manager of St. Bernard and St. Philip the Apostle Parishes since 2008. Prior to that he served as a consulting engineer for STS Consultants Ltd. between 1991 and 2008.
Thomas N. Hartman has served as a director of Denmark Bancshares, Inc. (DBI) since 2002 and as a director of Denmark State Bank (DSB) since 1995. Mr. Hartman is the owner of Hartman’s Towne and Country Greenhouse, a retail garden center, since 1985.
Tom M. Vande Corput has served as a director of Denmark Bancshares, Inc. (DBI) and Denmark State Bank (DSB) since April 2019. Mr. Vande Corput has been with Riesterer & Schnell Inc., a John Deere equipment dealership, since 1994. He is currently a partner and CEO.
Jeff Greeneway is a retired partner with Wipfli, LLP where he was the managing partner of the firm’s consulting practice. Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of technology, risk management, cybersecurity and strategic planning. He has served as a director of Denmark Bancshares, Inc. (DBI) and Denmark State Bank (DSB) since December 2019.
Scot G. Thompson has served as CEO and President of Denmark Bancshares, Inc. (DBI) and President of Denmark State Bank (DSB) since May of 2014. Scot has more than 30 years of financial institution experience including high-level, executive management responsibilities. During his career, he has overseen commercial and agricultural lending, retail products and services, bank operations, risk management and interactive banking. Scot has played an integral role in strategic planning, business development, sales and relationship management. Scot has a real passion for community banking, and is excited to share his knowledge and expertise with shareholders, staff and customers of Denmark State Bank. Scot is constantly looking for ways to improve all aspects of the business while meeting and exceeding expectations, making decisions that are in the best long-term interest of the bank’s shareholders.
